Processing Time

Orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked and prepared for shipping.

Shipping

Shipping method: We use Purolator and UPS as a standard shipping methods. Shipping is usually between 1 (Quebec + Ontario) and 7 (other canadian provinces) days under typical circumstances. 

Rates: Rates are $9.99 for orders under $70 and we offer free shipping for orders of $70 and up for all adresses un Canada.

US rates are $16.99 for orders under $99 and we offer free shipping for orders of $99 +.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.

Cancellations

Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action and is not always possible once an order has been placed. Please reach out to us as soon as possible.

If you've made a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to fix any problem.

Returns

Returns are available within 30 days for items in their original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense
